3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to original payment method

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photo proof
  • We will replace or refund
