- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging

- Clearance or discounted items
- Health & hygiene products once opened
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to original payment method
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photo proof
- We will replace or refund
